General Information

Total Hair & Beauty Ltd operates as a wholesaler and in doing so sells only to the trade. By placing an order with Total Hair & Beauty Ltd you are confirming that you are not a consumer for the purposes of the Consumer Credit legislation and for the Purposes of Sale of Goods legislation and that you are in business, purchasing the goods for the purpose of that business and not for personal use. All products sold on this website are intended for those qualified in the hairdressing and beauty trade and are for sale on a trade only basis. Goods are sold on the understanding that they are used for their intended purpose by qualified people.
THE SELLER WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR TRAINED OR UNTRAINED PERSONNEL WITHOUT SUPERVISION USING OR MIS-USING ANY PRODUCTS SOLD. All prices shown on the website are excluding VAT.

Delivery

Our standard delivery charge is £5.00 plus VAT for most goods to most parts of the UK mainland. Orders placed online over £50, excluding VAT, to most parts of mainland UK have free delivery, Free delivery and standard pricing excludes any large or heavy items. . However certain areas such as Highlands and Islands may incur a higher delivery charge, large size and weight may also necessitate a higher delivery charge. At present we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland due to increased freight costs and procedures. If this is necessary we will inform you as early as possible.

We will endeavour to despatch goods within 4 working days subject to stock availability, however wherever possible we will despatch sooner. If clarification is required please contact us on either 01978 351111 or [email protected]

Shortages and Damages

Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to Total Hair & Beauty Ltd within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Faulty/Unwanted Goods

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 4 days to request a return authorisation. If a return is authorised simply return it in its original condition within 4 days, we will exchange it or replace it (postage non-refundable).

Goods must be returned within 4 days of receipt, unused and in perfect condition including original packaging. Total Hair & Beauty Ltd is unable to accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or any delivery costs, delivery costs on the original order will not be refunded. Delivery costs for any alternative items are to be paid by the customer, please ensure any goods sent are correctly insured and proof of posting is obtained. All goods should be packed correctly as damaged goods will not be eligible for a refund.

Any returned goods should be in as new, unused condition. Goods deemed as unsuitable will be subject to a restocking fee, electrical goods will be fully checked to ensure they can be restocked.

Exclusions

All salon & beauty furniture made to order (in your own choice of colours and other variables), custom made or special-order products cannot be returned. Porcelain basins are non-returnable

Items sent direct from the manufacturer are not returnable.

We are unable to accept returns of items such as scissors, clippers, trimmers, razors, blades, manicure or pedicure implements, tweezers and electrolysis needles which have been used due to hygiene reason

Please note your Statutory Rights are not affected.

Cancellation

Cancellation after despatch cannot be accepted. Items made to order cannot be cancelled or amended once ordered.

Security and Privacy

When you place an order with us, we need to collect information about you to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. This may include your name, postal address, phone numbers, e-mail addresses. We will never pass your personal or order details to any other company, other than to fulfil the delivery of your order. You may request at any point to have your data deleted.

For your complete peace of mind, all purchases made from this site are processed through the secure PayPal payment system. Your credit card details are not stored on our website and are only kept until your payment has been processed.

Cookies are used by this website only to enhance your viewing and purchasing experience. No personally identifiable data is stored. Any data used by this website is deleted when any purchase or site visit is concluded.

It should be noted that quoted prices may be subject to change at any time. We work tirelessly to ensure accuracy within the website however occasionally an error may occur, if an error does occur we reserve the right to correct it. All prices are subject to VAT and availability.
